ElstonVue consists of eighteen 1340 sq. ft. condos, and six similarly sized commercial spaces. The condominiums will range from $340,000 to $380,000, (depending on the floor,) and the commercial spaces will start at $250,000. As in our other developments, each apartment comes with a highly valued parking space in the rear of the development. The project is currently 100% contracted for sale. As of Q3-2008, nine out of twelve completed units have been closed.
