During the past 20 years, DLD principals and consultants have developed over 200,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial property and over 2,000 multifamily residential units across the United States.

These projects involve land development from its inception/acquisition through architectural design and construction of residential and commercial real estate properties. The ventures include mid priced multifamily communities and commercial centers. These are significant undertakings that require expertise in finance, zoning, and implementation of government compliance standards, construction management, and apartment/condominium management, marketing, advertising, leasing and sales. We have assembled a team that is capable of handling all of these challenges. Our group is comprised of professionals who have extensive experience in their respective areas of the marketplace. They are experts in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate development and management. Today, they provide such services as identification of suitable properties for specific project profile, development of legal contracts and documentation, assistance in negotiations during acquisition process, development of complete deal evaluation including proforma and business plans, zoning, complete engineering and architectural project preparation, and complete general contractor services.
